The main terrace is furnished with table, chairs and a relaxing sofa sorrounded by green plants. There is also a service terrace with washing machine, drying rack and other utility services. You can enjoy and access all the common areas of the residential complex: patio, outdoor shower elevator.

Policies:

No young groups under 25 years old. The complex is quiet and family-friendly, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this period, we kindly ask for silence. Outside of quiet hours, please avoid causing disturbances to the neighbors and be respectful.
