Common areas:

Swimming pool: Usually open from the first week of June to the second week of September. Operating hours are from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

You can enjoy and access all the common areas of the Casas Blancas residential complex: pool for children and adults, large communal garden, access ramps, and parking space included in the price.

Policies:

No young groups under 25 years old. The complex is quiet and family-friendly, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this period, we kindly ask for silence. Outside of quiet hours, please avoid causing disturbances to the neighbors and be respectful.

No smoking allowed

Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation.

No pets allowed

No Events or Parties allowed

In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.

City tax is 1€ per person per night is applicable for guests aged 16 years. For a max of 7 nights.

The property must be left in the condition it was delivered. We appreciate being informed of any incidents with furniture and facilities, even if they seem insignificant. We also appreciate any suggestions for improvement.
