This fantastic 9-bedroom villa, accommodating up to 18 guests, stands out for its rustic construction with numerous windows and glass doors that allow natural light and sunshine to penetrate most of the day. Carefully renovated, it is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room, a large independent kitchen with a cellar and laundry room, a suite with a private bathroom, and a large family room with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The beautiful high-ceiling living-dining room adorned with wooden beams has been designed and furnished with your comfort in mind, allowing you to enjoy great conversations near the fireplace. The living room has large windows overlooking the private pool and garden, with access to the villa’s first porch equipped with garden furniture for relaxing moments.
The upper floor is divided into two areas with independent access. In the first area, there are 2 suite bedrooms with their private bathrooms, and in the second area, there are 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which have access to a terrace, and 2 full bathrooms.

No young groups under 25 years old. Quite, family neighbourhood, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this period, we kindly ask for silence. Outside of quiet hours, please avoid causing disturbances to the neighbors and be respectful.

Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation.

In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
City tax is 1€ per person per night is applicable for guests aged 16 years. For a max of 7 nights.
The property must be left in the condition it was delivered. We appreciate being informed of any incidents with furniture and facilities, even if they seem insignificant. We also appreciate any suggestions for improvement.
